- Create an Excel file with the names and mailing addresses of everyone you know including childhood friends, work colleagues, old roommates, etc.
- Submit the Excel file in the form below
- Write an introductory letter about your child and your family’s journey
- Submit the letter in the form below
- CFUCDF staff will print your letter, address, stuff, and stamp your envelopes, and mail your letters to all corners of the globe
- All donations made directly to Connecting Families UCD Foundation are tax deductible
- Since our Board covers 100% of our operating budget, every penny donated through your campaign will go directly toward curing UCD
